Do you ship internationally?
- No, we only deliver domestically.
Do you offer freeshipping? Yes, only when:
- Total order is valued at over VND 1,000,000 and the delivery address is within a radius of 15km.
- There is a discount code "Free Shipping".
- There is a "Free Shipping" promotion.
- 25,000vnd in Ho Chi Minh City area.
- 35,000vnd in other provinces and cities in Vietnam.
- Bulky surcharges for orders of multiple products. We will contact you when a fee is incurred.
How long will it take to despath my order?
- It may take between 2-3 working days for us to prepare your order for shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched or is ready for in-store collection.

Can I exchange items?

What is your return policy?
You can return goods within 7 days (from the date of receipt) with items such as:
- Delivery of goods with the wrong sample, wrong type of wood, not in accordance with the specifications stated in the information board or when consulting customers.
- The product is dirty, cracked due to external influences at the time the customer receives the goods.

How can I exchange?
Drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your online order reference number, then package your return goods carefully with extra protection for fragile items, such as ceramics and glass.

Where is the origin of products at TAP ?
- Almost all of our products are made in Vietnam by local brand. We source all of our items ourselves and whenever possible add the exact origin of the object online with its region or town. We also carry a small number of items made outside of Vietnam such as Japan.
